Upon your arrival
1) Access to the house from 4 p.m.: You will find a key box located on the right frame of the window to the right of the house:

2) As soon as possible take the inventory (form present on the sideboard) and send it to me by email at vincent.filiol@gmail.com letting me know if all is well. If there is any problem, do not hesitate to write to me or call me directly at 07 86 11 64 26

3) Install disposable mattress pads on the beds you want to use, they are available to you in the cupboards in each room

Gîte​

The entire cottage and its annexes are non-smoking, this means that smoking is prohibited.
Living room - Kitchen

- Induction plates:
To increase or reduce the power you have to slide your finger on the touchpad corresponding to the fireplace you wish to use.

- Microwave :
Press button to adjust the power percentage (100 - 80 - 60 -40 -20)
Then turn the knob to set the cooking time
And start cooking by pressing the button

- The furnace :
The stove is at your disposal for heating if the need arises.Please consult the section dedicated to ignition

- Kettle :
The kettle is induction, i.e. it can be used on both induction hobs or even the stove if it is on.

- Dishwasher:
The most versatile program is the P4 program: Quick & Shine. To select it, turn on the device with the On/Off button, and press the program button until P4 is displayed on the screen, then press the Start button

Living room
​
- Google Chromecast TV:
The device is controlled by the white remote control, normally it also controls the ignition and the volume of the TV. A "Location" profile is present when turning on Google TV, please use this one. To watch television channels, you can use the "SFR Play" application, otherwise several SVOD services are available to you (2023: Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime). In the event that content purchases are made through the accounts made available to you, they will be deducted from your deposit.
- Bed bench:
It acts as a sofa and an additional bed for 2 people. You will find disposable pillows, duvet and mattress pads in the drawers under the seat
To make the transformation it is simply a matter of pulling the underside of the seat and placing the 2 mattresses:
Rooms​

- Bed: Each mattress is covered with a mattress pad but for the comfort and hygiene of each tenant, please install a disposable mattress pad over each bed and pillows you wish to use. You will find them in the cupboards next to the duvets, blankets and pillows
Bathroom​
​
- An auxiliary "blowing" heater is at your disposal if the need to warm the room arises, to control it, a remote control is present in the cabinet above the sink
​
- Washing machine: Turn on the machine by pressing button
Then, select the program with the central wheel, possibly modify the parameters via the "Spin" and "Temperature" buttons and start the wash with the button
Sometimes the machine beeps and displays an error message right after, you have to press the porthole door to make the anomaly disappear

Outside

- You will find barbecue, table and chairs in the stable to the right of the house:

​- The green space in front of the house is mowed regularly by a municipal agent, please leave him as much as possible the field free, the time of his passage
When you leave
1) Clean the house:
A vacuum cleaner, broom, shovel and brush are available to the right of the cupboard in the living room
Household products are also available under the sink in the kitchen

2) Tidy up the house and outdoor space as you found them when you arrived
​
3) Remove and put in the trash the disposable pads
​
4) Empty the trash cans and put them in the dumpsters in front of the house next to the Town Hall
​
5) By 10:00 a.m. at the latest, Place the keys in the key box, close it and enter the code "0000"
​
